After you have submitted your booking details, Glen Helen will manually process your reservation and email your confirmation within 24 hours. No deposit will be taken from your card. Your details are held only against our cancellation policy.

If you cancel your booking 2 to 5 days before the date of the booking, 50% of the room charge will be debited from your account. If you cancel within 24 hours of the booking date, 100% of the room fee will be debited from your account.
